This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for all products and services offered through sanmidawodu.org. By purchasing any product or service through this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Types of Products and Services

Sanmi Dawodu Ministries offers the following categories of products and services:

Digital Products — downloadable resources including e-books, prayer guides, devotional packs, sermon notes, and other ministry content
Life Coaching and Consulting Sessions — one-on-one or group coaching, training, and advisory sessions
Online Courses and Training Programs — structured learning programs delivered digitally
Ministry Subscriptions — recurring membership or subscription access to premium ministry content
Speaking and Ministry Engagements — bookings for Sanmi Dawodu to speak, preach, or facilitate events

3. Digital Products

3.1 General Policy

All sales of downloadable content are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3.2 Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
The product file was corrupted or failed to download and we cannot provide a replacement within 5 business days
You were delivered the wrong product materially different from what was described at purchase

3.3 How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at +1 202 731 2355 or through sanmidawodu.org/contact. Include your full name, email address, order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

4. Life Coaching and Consulting Sessions

4.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation 48+ hours before the scheduled session — full refund, or free reschedule at your request
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled session — 50% refund; remaining 50% covers preparation time
No-show (failure to attend without notice) — no refund; full session fee is forfeited

4.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours notice. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After two reschedules, the session fee is forfeited.

4.3 Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel, you will receive a full rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time at no additional cost, or a full refund of the session fee.

4.4 Dissatisfaction with Completed Sessions

Life coaching results depend significantly on the client’s engagement and commitment. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. If you are genuinely dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of the session. We will review in good faith and may offer a complimentary follow-up session, partial credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

5. Online Courses and Training Programs

Once any course content has been accessed, refunds are not available. If you have not yet accessed any content, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase. Technical issues that prevent you from accessing content and that we are unable to resolve qualify for a full refund regardless of the access window.

6. Ministry Subscriptions

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided.

6.2 Annual Subscriptions

A refund may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not accessed any premium content.

7. Speaking and Ministry Engagements

Booking deposit is non-refundable — covers preparation, scheduling, and administrative costs
Cancellation 30+ days before the event — deposit forfeited; additional payments refunded in full
Cancellation 15–29 days before the event — 50% of the total agreed fee is forfeited
Cancellation less than 14 days before the event — full engagement fee is forfeited

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, serious illness), both parties will work in good faith to reschedule the engagement.

8. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

Credit or debit card — 5 to 10 business days
PayPal or digital wallet — 3 to 5 business days
Bank transfer — 7 to 14 business days

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Booking deposits for speaking and ministry engagements
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
Coaching sessions where no cancellation notice was given (no-shows)
Subscription fees for the current active billing period
Products or services provided as part of a promotional or discounted offer

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We take all disputes seriously and are committed to fair and prompt resolution. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with supporting documentation and to suspend your access to our services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
